Sparrow Telecommunications and Technologies provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications services enabling international calls worldwide through our SparrowTalk mobile application. Our service allows users to make voice calls over the internet to destinations globally.
By downloading, installing, or using the SparrowTalk application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% call success rates. VoIP technology depends on internet connectivity and may experience occasional disruptions. Call quality and connectivity may vary based on your internet connection, network conditions, and destination country regulations.
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Sparrow provides telecommunications connection services and is not responsible for the content, nature, or purpose of any calls made through our service. You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use of the service.
We collect and process the following information to provide our services:
This data is used for service provision, billing, customer support, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is transmitted securely to our servers at api.sparrowapp.de.
For quality assurance and fraud prevention, we may monitor call patterns and collect metadata. We do not record call content without explicit consent, except where required by law. Call logs are retained for billing and regulatory compliance.
Service charges are calculated based on published rates and billed according to actual usage. Payment disputes must be reported within 10 days of the charge date.
Our service depends on internet connectivity and destination country restrictions. Emergency calls (911, 112, etc.) may not be supported through this application.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for communications with our backend. Account tokens are stored securely on your device.
Account and call data are retained as long as your account is active and as required for billing and legal compliance.
SparrowTalk is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
