You can request deletion of your SparrowTalk account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens after we receive it.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Email (recommended)

Send an email from the address registered on your SparrowTalk account to:

service@sparrowteletech.com

Subject line: SparrowTalk account deletion request

Include your registered email address. If you remember it, you may also include your SparrowTalk username.

Option 2 — In the app

Open SparrowTalk → Settings → Log Out to end your session on a device. To permanently delete the account and server-side data, you must still send the email request above.

What we delete

After we verify your identity, we delete or anonymize, where applicable:

Your user account (email, username, password hash)
Account balance and assigned calling number
Call history and call metadata linked to your account
Device identifiers stored for fraud prevention
Session tokens and authentication records

What we may retain

We may retain certain records when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, for example:

Billing, payment, and tax records (as required by applicable regulations)
Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you
Information needed to resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or prevent fraud

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is finished.
